Steely blue velour with matching satin inner lining and ribbon. Satin panel behind the lace-up front is largely obscured, but has a small fray from the point it had been cut at the "v" shaped neckline. Further fraying has been prevented by stitching over the fray and some fabric glue. The bottom hem has a defect as pictured.

This vest zips up on the side.
